Our Peruvian Reserve is a single estate crush resulting from Kalamata and Barnea fruit picked simultaneously and crushed together. Reminiscent of an Italian aesthetic with pronounced notes of apple blossom, dried green tea leaf and juicy granny smith apple. This oil is well balanced with a punch of lingering pepper.
