What is mostly left is lower quality olive oil & the market is very expensive on EVOO and even lower categories. Two consecutive years of low production in the Mediterranean has depleted stocks & 60% of the world production is supplied by Spain. Market prices are at record highs (almost double the previous record).

Our supplier has leveraged pricing & supply for its existing clients due to their foresight & planning by looking at rising price indications, existing producer relationships, sourcing from all over & buying "early harvest" crops ahead of everyone. We are going to do our best to keep our prices the same for EVOO & Infused/Fused olive oils.
