Marinated Baby Carrots

1 # Baby Carrots

¼ cup Maple Balsamic Vinegar from Two Olive Trees

¼ cup Smoked Olivewood Oil from Two Olive Trees

1t Fresh Thyme

Salt & Pepper to Taste



Marinate carrots in smoked olivewood oil, with fresh thyme, salt & pepper in Ziploc bag 2-3 hours. Make Maple balsamic glaze: place balsamic in small pan and heat, watching carefully so it does not burn. Saute carrots until desired tenderness. Serve carrots drizzled with Maple Glaze.
