Kale & Broccoli Salad

Two Olive Trees

Serves 4-6

Kale & Brussel Sprout Salad

1 package cleaned baby kale

½ package brussel sprouts

1 bunch grapes

1 small package of shredded carrots

½ cup toasted pecans

3 Tablespoons Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Two Olive Trees

3 Tablespoons Dark Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar from Two Olive Trees

For the Dressing:

½ cup Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Two Olive Trees

½ cup Dark Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar from Two Olive Trees

Salt & Pepper to Taste

 

Instruction:

Toast Pecans and let cool, Saute brussel sprouts in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and drizzle with Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar place in ziplock back and let marinate for 1-2 hours. Mix Oil & Vinegar together, combine remaining ingredients and toss with Vinaigrette.
