Two Olive Trees
½# Beef Tenderloin cubed and marinated in 1/4c Garlic Olive Oil & 2T Java Steak Rub from two olive trees
½# Pork Tenderloin cubed and marinated in 1/4c Chipotle Olive Oil & 2T Blackening Seasoning from two olive trees
½# Chicken Breast cubed and marinated in 1/4c Blood Orange Oil & 2TSouth of the Border Seasoning from two olive trees
4-6 Rosemary Skewers (long sturdy stems from Rosemary bush)
Marinate the meats overnight.
Remove rosemary leaves from branch (skewer) Leave very top few leaves (4-6 for decorative presentation).
Skewer meats with rosemary skewers. Best to do 1 skewer of chicken, 1 of beef, 1 of pork- as cooking times vary for each type of meat.
Grill for 10 -15 minutes turning frequently. We can use all types of meats or just 1 type if you prefer.
Each ½# meat should serve 2 people.
