Two Olive Trees
½ cup Fresh Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Two Olive Trees
½ cup Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar from Two Olive Trees
1 package Baby Arugula
¼ small head Radicchio, chopped
1/2c Goat Cheese, crumbled
1/4c Toasted Walnuts chopped
Salt and pepper
Place arugula, radicchio and craisins in a bowl, drizzle vinaigrette over and toss to coat evenly. Place on plate and garnish with goat cheese and walnuts.
Combine Oil and Vinegar, salt and pepper to taste in a sealable jar, secure lid, shake well and serve.
