1 # Baby Carrots
½ cup Maple Balsamic Vinegar from Two Olive Trees
¼ cup Fresh Ultra-Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil from Two Olive Trees or Butter Olive Oil
Salt to Taste
Instructions;
Blanch the baby carrots in boiling water for 5 minutes and transfer immediately to an ice water bath to keep carrot color fresh. When cool place in Ziploc bag with EVOO to marinate. Heat a sauté pan and add carrots, cook to desired tenderness take off heat and drizzle with Maple Balsamic Vinegar
